We provide on-site or lab based nicotine testing for those employers that have a wellness program and wish to provide discounts to their employees for good health practices. The on-site nicotine testing is an instant test that can be used during open enrollments. The lab-based nicotine can be used for pre-employment or those employees that are out of state at one of our 10,000 lab locations nationwide. Awareness of how much water you drink each day is important for overall health. According to The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, Medicine women need approximately 91 oz. of total water and men 125 oz. daily. This can be achieved through consuming water, other liquids and food. For those who are physcially active the intake should be increased. Dehydration occurs when your body does not have enough water which is critical to so many bodily functions. Complications from dehydration can be mild to severe and include:
