Fingerprints along with demographics are digitally recorded and an email is sent to the address provided with the EFT File containing the information used for Form 1 and Form 4. Prints can also be printed on the Hard Card F-258 for mailing to West Virgina.

What to Expect
- Your fingerprints will be captured using a secure live scan device.
- You can choose to receive a traditional fingerprint card (using our print-to-card option) or obtain a lifetime-access multi-use encrypted .EFT file.
- The .EFT file is securely encrypted and can only be accessed using specialized software. Please do not attempt to edit or modify the file—doing so may corrupt the data.
- Once your appointment is complete, OPFS will email you the .EFT file along with a digital photo (if requested).
